Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. 

Once we receive and inspect the exchange, your new item will be shipped out within 5-10 business days.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to the customer.

Custom or Personalized Items

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
